Are PlateLens calorie estimates exact?
No. AI can misidentify foods, ingredients, preparation methods, and portion sizes. Calories and macros are estimates and should be reviewed before saving.
Where are my meal photos stored?
Camera photos are temporary unless you choose to save them to your photo library or enable automatic saving. Photos selected for AI analysis are sent for processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
How do I restore PlateLens Pro?
Open PlateLens, go to PlateLens Pro, and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are managed through your Apple Account.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Use the Manage Subscription option in PlateLens or manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
How do I delete locally stored meal history?
Open PlateLens → Legal & Privacy → Data & Privacy Choices and use the available delete option.
